We the People hereby demand of our President that he immediately order through executive privilege a public vote of no confidence in the United States Senate and United States House of Representatives. The public vote is to be performed in the same manner as public elections and completed withing the 2013 calendar year. A successful vote of "no confidence" shall be achieved only by a super-majority of at least 60%.
Should a vote of no confidence be collected and validated, a general election of ALL Senate and House seats shall take place between November 1 - November 4. No incumbant shall be permitted to pursue a return to office for the duration of their lives. Only public campaign finance will be permitted and each candidate will receive $100,000.
