Immediately pardon Pfc. Bradley Manning of all charges.

Created by K.C. on July 31, 2013

On July 30, 2013, Private First Class Bradley Edward Manning was found Guilty of 17 of the 22 charges against him, including Espionage and Theft.

However, according to US Army Subject Schedule #27-1, Pfc. Manning was obligated to report all violations of the law of war. He did so following proper protocol, but his superior officers did absolutely nothing with his reports.

In short, Pfc. Bradley Manning was NOT guilty of any crime against the United States of America or any of the USA's allies, but rather following his legal obligation to his country and the Geneva Convention.

It is with this in mind that we, The People, demand President Obama to officially Pardon Pfc. Manning immediately, clearing him of all charges, and returning to him his rank and title.
