immediately pull funding from states seceding from the US, revoke citizenship, and demand US currency be returned to US.

To all the States that feel they are better off seceding from the US: immediately pull all Federal funding/support, revoke citizenship from it's residents, demand all Federal currency be returned to the US to reduce deficit, close all borders to those states, and require a passport to enter the US. Public schools will no longer receive Federal funding. Residents will no longer receive social security, unemployment benefits, disability benefits, food stamps/welfare, etc. All military installations in those states will become "foreign installations" and their gates will close to non-US residents; support to non-US state will require Congressional approval. Military members/families in non-US States automatically retain their US citizenship and will be protected by the Federal Government
