Child Protective Services is a bureaucratic socialist agency that is failing society as a whole. The laws and rules governing this agency mimic slave rehabilitation laws enacted after the emancipation proclamation. Peer reviewed studies and legislative analysts have continued to prove time and time again that taking children away from their parents creates more harm than good. These children grow up to with the chance that they will only have a 13% chance of success at life. (Success being defined as graduating college, never being arrested, hospitalized, and/or homeless). Children are being taking for false allegations of abuse and falsified evidence. Social workers commit fraud and are not held accountable for the fraud the commit on a daily basis. CPS needs to end now!
