Immediately release and repatriate all prisoners from Guantanamo Bay who have been cleared by security officials.

There are dozens of innocent prisoners incarcerated in the military prison in Guantanamo Bay. They were picked up and arrested simply because they were in the wrong place, at the wrong time. They have since been cleared by security and intelligence officials yet they continue to remain in prison. This is wrong.
