Immediately, irrevocably and without fail, for unacceptable cowardice while in performance of duty, and failure to carry out his sworn duties under Constitutional Law as required, and for failure to protect the People of the District of Columbia, we hereby petition the Government of the United States to remove Irvin B. Nathan from the office of Attorney General of the District of Columbia.
