Because of the spectacular failure of the DNC to prevent a Donald Trump presidency a change in leadership is necessary. President Obama, as head of the Democratic Party, should immediately replace Donna Brazile as head of the DNC with Bernie Sanders, in order to better recruit candidates at all levels who represent the values of the voters of the Democratic Party, as opposed to it's donors. Change is necessary at this point.
