9th Amendment to the Constitution:
"The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."
It is unconstitutional for anyone to take away any rights of the People of the United States of America. For anyone to attempt to do so is an act of treason. Therefore they are an enemy of the U.S.A. and the Constitution we hold so dearly.
Mayor Bloomberg must be removed without delay and made to pay a severe penalty to include possible jail time.
"WE THE PEOPLE" will not stand for injustice any longer.
