The Department of Homeland Security has been mismanaged for more than half a decade. It's inability to actually secure our borders and deliberate refusal to enforce Constitutional and Federal law has resulted in a true border crisis with homeless children flooding detention centers and criminals being released from prison by the tens of thousands. The current Secretary Jeh Johnson should be immediately removed from office and replaced with a leader who will actually enforce existing laws and run the department as it was originally intended. Legal immigration results in screened, disease free, skilled personal who can become productive members of society. By in effect declaring our borders open, Jeh Johnson has completely failed in his role as Secretary of DHS.
