Immediately repeal current tax code and impose a flat 10% tax on all income, goods, services, capital gains, etc.

We the People of the United States of America do herby petition the Obama Administration to repeal the current tax code immediately. We advise a flat federal tax of 10% on all earned incomes, purchased goods and services, inheritances, winnings, capital gains, etc. regardless of economic status. In accepting these terms we agree to relinquish any and all tax right offs. If needed, we also agree to up to a 15% flat tax as described above for up to 7 years to pay off the national debt being that it is each of ours and we should all do our part to see it paid in full. Under these terms all will pay the same rate, regardless of stature, and those of means will not be able to pay a lower rate than the middle class. WE ALL WILL BE EQUAL AS WE SHOULD BE!
