REQUIRE the DOJ or even the FBI to immediately secure an investigation into missing emails as reported by the IRS from and to Lois Lerner during the period from 2009 to 2011 and determine if the IRS violated regulations to secure and preserve all IRS correspondence by its employees as required by law. Investigations should begin immediately to secure the failed hard disk drive from Lois Lerner's workstation reported as failed and perform forensic work to recover said emails.
