WE the undersigned, citizens and legal residents of the United States of America, hereby respectfully request that Pres. Obama immediately RESCIND THE PAY RAISE for CONGRESS (the House of Representatives and the Senate) as well as for ALL FEDERAL EMPLOYEES. To allow it to stand would be a stark and insulting slap in the face to ALL Americans, who are YOUR EMPLOYERS. We deem that you have done an UNSATISFACTORY JOB. That the bill was signed under cover of night, with no fanfare, and given the perilous fiscal situation, caused by BOTH parties, is in itself repugnant. Whether federal employees should be paid at all is up for debate (among the people); to reward their idiocy would be inane.
