The White House belongs to "We the People", and we demand that public tours be immediately resumed and other ways found to reduce Executive Branch spending as required by sequestration.The people's house should not be used as a pawn of partisan politics. It is clear that the Obama Administration chose this particular method of budget reduction to make sequestration seem worse than it really is and to pin the blame squarely on the other party. We the People want to know the amount of savings this is providing and also what other alternatives were considered and rejected prior to settling on this course of action. If we do not receive a response, we take that to mean our premise that the White House was closed to tours solely for political reasons is correct.
