Despite pervasive denial, it is looking more and more likely that EM propulsion works. In essence, EM drives generates an inexplicable small thrust. China is testing orbital EM systems this very moment, in space. The implications are staggering and terrifying. A system that can propel objects forward in space can accelerate a mass to relativistic velocities. Even a small object propelled for months or years in a parabolic solar orbit would in theory be capable literally devastate the US. In a few years every nation that can launch satellites would be capable of placing first strike capability in space, either as first strike weapon, or as a delayed impact kill switch. There is currently no defense against these attacks. What is the US doing to defend its citizens? Right now, nothing.
