Immediately stop all eminent domain land grabs for the KEYSTONE pipeline until such time as final approval is made

TransCanada, a Canadian based company is using eminent domain to land grab for the rout of the KeyStone pipeline route. The company has not yet received final permission to build the pipeline, yet they are removing people from their rights and property. Further all previous eminent domain cases thus far should be reviewed by the federal government for intimidation, and violations of human rights.
The Pipeline will lead to domestic environmental disasters and an increased energy cost to America. The companies involved have already stated this pipeline will be used to ship oil to ports where it can be shipped to China.
