Immediately stop all foreign aid to all Arab and Militant Islamic nations. Stop sending money, materials, supplies and items used for war to these countries. Allow fellow Arab and Islamic nations to care for each other and eliminate their funding from the United States of America. This will help resolve the US governmental financial strains and place more strains on the wealthier Arab and Islamic nations who must render aid to their brethren. This way we can increase our resources and decrease our attackers resources by simply saving our own money for our own purposes.
