Immediately stop all foreign aid funding until the United States passes a balanced budget.

Each year the United States Government gives away Billions in foreign aid from our tax dollars. A great deal of this financial assistance goes to countries that want to do us harm. I propose that ALL foreign aid funds and freebies be terminated and no new approvals be made until the United States Government passes a balanced budged. It's time we fix ourselves before we continue trying to fix everyone else.
