Stop the release of all detainees from Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. President Obama, established the Periodic Review Board (PRB) on March 7, 2011 by Executive Order (EO) 13567. This Executive Order mandates each detainees detention is reviewed by one senior official from the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, Justice, and State; the Joint Staff, and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. They in-turn provide the information to the Executive Branch to determine if the detainee is to continue in detention or be released. Statistics have proven that over 30% of released detainees return to the battlefield. This review and decision should be placed to a vote within Congress and not left in the hands of the President, who's sole purpose is to close Guantanamo Bay.
