The Linn County, Oregon Sherrif has stated that he will refuse to enforce federal laws regulating the sale or manufacturing of assult-weapons and extended ammunition clips. This petition is intended to strip his county of any federal funds. The Sherrif should not be allowed to "pick and choose" which laws he supports and which he doesn't. If he won't support and enforce federal law he should not receive federal funds.
