Immediately suspend all salaries for Congress and Senators until they pass and enact a Budget.

Regardless of Party affiliation, Congress and the Senate as a whole have been unable to work together on behalf of the American people and have failed to faithfully discharge the duties of their office. Through their machinations and schemes they have placed the security of the Nation in jeopardy. Through obstruction and procedure they have avoided passing such necessary legislation as a Balanced Budget. They have knowingly put forth legislation that is injurious to the people and have admitted that such legislation popularly known as 'the Sequester' was not expected to become effective. Therefore, it is demanded by the People that all salaries for Congress and the Senate be immediately suspended until such time as a Balanced Budget shall be passed by both houses.
