Recently, the highly conservative state of Michigan passed a law regarding bullying in Michigan. The new law states that bullying is OK if a religious or moral reason can be provided for the outright disregard of human rights to a safe environment at school.
With the teen suicide rates higher than ever, we can not allow a law that further gives teenagers and school employees the right to make homosexuals, atheists, Muslims and people of other faith feel morally degenerate.
We, the people, expect the Obama administration to come up with the same "Religion is a tradition in America, and therefore it should roam free, disregarding all previously established laws regarding human rights and the constitution", but it is worth a shot.
Bullying is not acceptable. Please stop it.
