Congressmen often talk about the Government "playing G-d" with respect to people receiving healthcare from Uncle Sam, but are quite reticent to admit that they're playing G-d with Government itself - by not allowing their own actions to affect themselves.
Congressmen aren't affected by the Government shutdown, nor are they affected by Obamacare.
Accordingly, I hereby petition the White House and President Obama to immediately suspend wages of all congressmen, until the Government gets up and running again. This would have to be done via executive order, which isn't the best way, but would technically work.
We cannot let their childish politics ruin our country and my future anymore.
I am a 26-year-old small-business owner in PA who supports efficient government. Grow up, people!
