Immediately take action against all groups who seek the destroy the Government of The United States of America.

Begin an investigation into all participants of groups that seek to destroy the Government of the United States of America (U.S.A.) or have the delusional view that the Government of the U.S.A. is illegal or does not exist at all. A group or person will have attained such status by saying such things as “I simply want to reduce government to the size where I can drag it into the bathroom and drown it in the bathtub.” such statements are a threat to the stability of the Government of the U.S.A..
If any of these group's members have taken any armed or violent action that group shall be declared a threat to the U.S.A. and a Terrorist org. Furthermore any such group found to be such will have all its assets confiscated and all it's member be detained and tried for sedition.
