Immediately train ALL FEDERAL EMPLOYEES and SERVICE MEMBERS to recognize and properly refuse UNLAWFUL ORDERS.

I am not petitioning on behalf of any organization, save the democratic government of the United States. The CURRENT PRESIDENT ELECT has stated he will issue orders which are UNLAWFUL. Those continuing in government service need to be prepared to defend our democracy from within the halls of power.
