This is a petition calling for the immediate use the full force of the U.S. military (including ground troops) to kill or capture the ISIS terrorist group members that now govern territory in Iraq, Syria, & Libya.
This ultimate purpose of this action is to protect American lives and the U.S. Homeland by denying terrorists any safe haven where they can plan attacks.
This should be done as an application of the general policy of the U.S. to immediately use the full force of the U.S. military to kill/capture every member of any terrorist group that controls & governs territory anywhere in the world, provided that the terrorist group has committed, or has announced the intention to commit, acts of terrorism against U.S. citizens.
