The fear expressed by the Governor of Texas and the Republican Party of that State of a Military takeover of that State should be a matter of concern to all Americans.
Therefore:
The President should order an immediate withdrawal of all U.S. Military forces and the eventual demilitarization and demolition of all U.S. bases and Military related facilities in the State of Texas. Ownership of the land to be returned to the State and the affected Military Units re-based in States whose Governments don't feel threatened by their presence.
