immediately withdraw the National Defence Authorisation Act (NDAA) and rewrite to adhere to the bill of rights.

I am making a petition asking for an immediate review of the NDAA (National Defence Authorisation Act). The NDAA allows Obama to authorise the arrest, indefinite confinement, torture and even murder of any american citizen deemed to be a "threat to national security" which blatantly violates almost every amendment in the constitution. They need no evidence, no court process, nothing at all but Obama's say so.
