Immediately work with Congress to create a National Pressure Cooker Registry and to ban High Capacity Pressure Cookers

I think with the recent tragedy it has become painfully obvious that the only thing to do to save lives is to implement a full registry of pressure cookers and work to ban high capacity pressure cookers. If banning these devices saves the life of one child won't it be worth it?
