We the people, in order to recognize and preserve the 4th Amendment rights of the American People, to stop the warrantless and unjustifiable collection of personally identifiable information deemed to be private by the majority of Americans, and to put measures in place to prevent future abuses of power, we resolve to request the President to cease & desist all data collections that are currently being carried out by the National Security Agency(NSA). We also demand that this abuse of power never to be used again as under the false pretense of "National Security" or to protect the American people from so called "terrorist acts" which have been documented on several occassions as U.S. government operations to further the agenda of the current/past administration.
