Stop all foreign aid payments immediately
We the undersigned, petition the Obama administration to Immediately stop all financial aid to all foreign nations including humanitarian aid. Transfering the aforementioned monies to the legal citizens of the United States of America in a manner that will assist in the full economic recovery and deficit reduction of the United States of America.
