Immediatly ban the speculation of oil and gasoline prices on wall street and approve the Keystone XL pipeline

We cannot afford to wait to elect a good president of the United States. That being said, to prevent a second great depression from happening in this country The Keystone XL pipeline MUST be approved immediatly. A ban on upward speculation of the price of gasoline and oil MUST be implemented immediatly. Finally, exportation of oil and gasoline MUST be banned IMMEDIATLY!
