Immediatly reform/change Senate filibuster rules. Stop the obstruction and impeding of our country's growth.

1. Filibusters require standing and speaking justification. Justification stays on topic of issue
2. Bills and nominations should remain on the floor until completion.
3. Public identification of members desiring to block a bill from reaching the conference or the Senate Floor for a vote.
4. Eliminate the anonymous filibuster and or blockage.
5. Eliminate the super majority vote requirement for bill passage and senate nominations.
6. Complete confirmation votes within 30 days of submission.
