An immigrant Visa should be available for all the Cases that are pending in NVC from 2007 to 2015.

This will allow family member to be reunited after so many year been apart from each other. There are so many immigrants who have been waiting for a chance so that their family members can come here to take care of them and contributed to the society. But in reality it stills the same process nothing changed. The call is like a second chance in life, when they finally receive it, age as become their worst nightmare. So please let my family, their family have that second chance to make the world a better place. This will also make United States a better place. This second chance, this Opportunity that they will have is not only for me but for everyone.
