Immigrants who have lived for over 15+ years is the U.S with No criminal record should be able to apply for a passport

It is very important to give immigrants who are willing to put in a hand into making America a greater place a Citizenship and a passport if they have No Criminal Record and have lived in the U.S for over 15 or more years. I know that there will be questions about this petition but truly this is a very big step for America and our fellow immigrants who come to America to live the American Dream. Letting immigrants have a passport and citizenship who are willing to make a living in the United States can be very beneficial for the money earnings for the U.S, My reasons are that if they take the jobs that are empty it can help the system run better which leads to building up America into a much better place and then more jobs will be created so many generations will have jobs as well
