am a proud American Citizen, but I was born in Venezuela. I closely follow the political affairs that occur in that country as I have family and friends living there and I have an intense love for Venezuela.
Tomorrow, Mr. Chavez is supposed to have his inauguration to start his new term, but he is unable to do so. The Constitution clearly mandates that the National Assembly President should assume the presidency while the President is unable to do so and potentially call for elections if the situation where to become permanent.
As an American Citizen, a Venezuelan at heart and a seeker of freedom, liberty and democracy, I ask for you and your office NOT to recognize the Venezuelan Government that is about to start tomorrow, that Govt. will be unconstitutional
