Federal mandate for the states to require an age limit for recipients of state social programs such as EBT, Wic, Section 8, Medical and such. Recipients of such programs must be a minimum of 18 to qualify to receive any state funded or federally supported social programs. Any American citizen under the age of 18 will not qualify until they meet the age requirement and the meet the necessary program guidelines qualifications. Also, it will be unlawful for any funds from any state or federally funded social program to be allocated to a proxy for any American citizen under the age of 18. A proxy may only receive state or federal funds from a social program on behalf of the recipient when the recipient is of the required age (18) and is mentally/physically incapable of caring for themselves.
