Let us create a self petition mechanism for individuals where if someone has filed a US Tax return as a resident for 10 years continuously then they are automatically adjudicated as LPR (Legal permanent resident) or as accrued 40 working credits under SSA then we confer LPR status on stated individual.
The current system has failed every legal immigrant from India and was designed to work against Indians when Employment Based Immigration was thought through as a program.
