Dual citizenship allows any person to request dual citizenship, or sole US citizenship. American citizenship, democracy, is the greatest thing America has to offer.
There can still be reasonable limitations based on such things as health or crime to delay citizenship.
With material contributions in taxes, being productive as workers, and having a positive culture as people, newer immigrants would enrich America.
