As immigration law stands today adjusting status for someone labeled'STOWAWAY" is impossible,unless they depart u.s. no! exceptions...in some cases unrealistic & impossible for most. Two men from ivory coast are being sent to their murders by "ice" nebraska .These men have worked the whole 8 yrs & have family that are U.S. citizens.their country is in civil war and unstable,no one cares.because the law says depart 1st. then re-enter.WOW,it would help to be alive, to do all that.violating civil rights & discrimination during removal proceedings by ICE officer's is now o.k ? there should always be an exception to the rule !
