Immigration marriage law require an amendment to save the civil rights of US citizens marrying abroad and sponsor spouse

People from other countries from all over the world come to the US by marring US citizens than more than 70% of those after getting their permanent resident status suddenly break their marriages by filing divorce by said that they are the victims of domestic violence. They achieved what they were needed so now they don't want to live with the US citizens spouses because they have their own status now, than they go back to their country and marry in their country than bring their partner to the US and live in US. The kids are suffering because of those cases too so their should be a law that who ever come from abroad by marriage to the US citizen will not be grant again by USCIS to marry anyone in the US. He/she can leave the US if he/she is willing to re-marry.Help kids born by these marri
