Immigration Reform

Created by N.S. on October 26, 2014

Immigration in this country needs to be reformed to help the US economy. There are many individuals who have green cards and they live outside the country. Green Cards are given for individuals who want to live in the US permanently. If a individual lives outside the country they are not contributing to the economy nor are they paying any taxes. For family based green card filings for individuals who have filed F-4 sponsorship for certain countries it takes more than 12 years. For example I have filed for siblings 09/2003. Still there files have not opened and they are not able to immigrate to US and help the US economy by living here permanently. Not only that there kids are now 24 years old and unmarried. In those circumstances INS will not allow unmarried kids to immigrate to US.
