Every illegal alien in this country who wants to become a resident, or citizen of the United States, and is able to work, should pay a minimum of $5,000 dlls for resident or $10,000 dlls for citizen. Every one who can work, they should pay a minimum 5 year taxes or will revoke residence or citizenship. This money could be used to pay INS personnel to speed up the process and protect the border and their income tax will pay some of our national debt. There are millions of illegal aliens working and getting pay in CASH only. They do not report taxes because they know they have to pay back uncle sam. If they get legalize, they have a purpose to follow the law and pay taxes like everybody in this coutry.
