for each person that wants to work in the USA, create a database when they enter, they will have a biometric ID card with fingerprints and eye scan. they will have to pay a fee of ten thousand dollars to the federal Goverment five thousand upfront and the rest when the start working. if they violate the law with anything punishable for 12 months or more,they will loose the right to work in this country and any amount of the fee that they had paid ,and will be deported back to the country of origin.if it is a family thats already here it applies the same way unless the person decides to be part of the US military,the ID card will make them legal to work and live in this country and after 10 years the can become citizens of the USA.
