Immigration reform- make it easier, but Secure the borders; a higher tax rate 1st ten yrs; non-citizens to be monitored

I believe that we need comprehensive immigration reform.
I believe this should include securing our borders. With constant threats to our national security, I cannot believe this is still an issue. In many communities across this country people have illegally infiltrated our country. When someone initially comes into our country illegally, I believe that this begins a path of deceit and ultimately increase in other crime. Many of these immigrants are smuggled here by organized gangs. Then they are forced to participate in the gangs.
I believe that we should make our country easier to legally immigrate- however, I think they should be subject to approximately a 10% tax on any income earned; ineligible for any entitlement programs; and increased monitoring- making deporting easier.
