If we are truly a Democracy, then, as it states, this is a Government of the people, for the people, and by the people should always be primary in the minds of "legislators". Allow the CITIZENS of the United States of America decide how WE want to reform our NATIONAL Immigration Policy.
Put the changes that are being considered , and their consequences, Good or Bad, on a National Ballot, and let us decide if that is what we want, or not.
