I am one of thousands of Americans who are trying to get their immediate families into the country via the i130 Visa process at USCIS (United States Customs and Immigration Service). Having contacted USCIS many times since 7/26/13, all I've gotten were excuses for mistakes made & unacceptable reasons for holding up my application. 1st it was the processing centers are overloaded, then it was a "Request for Evidence of a Bona Fide marriage" (which USCIS already had more than enough "proof"), then a "security check", and now USCIS decided to just say they needed an additional 30 days for "additional processing" without saying exactly what the hold up is. This is ridiculous for a department that is funded by the applicants application fees & not congressional budgeting.
