With the recent introduction of the mobile phone application "Pokémon GO" distracted users are using the application while driving; thus causing poor indescrections and threatening the safety of others on the road.
I respectfully ask that legislation be enacted in regards to distracting applications on mobile devices by drivers, by disabling such applications through GPS technology, sensing speeds related to a motorized vehicle.
