Impeach all House and Senate members refusing to speak with an Obama Supreme Court nominee

Created by J.M. on February 25, 2016

Article 2 of the US Constitution demands that the President Of the United States nominate an appointee when a vacancy occurs due to death or retirement of a sitting Supreme Court Justice. Members of both the House and the Senate take an oath to support the Constitution of the United States. Recent events have created a vacancy in the Supreme court over a year before the end of the current Presidents elected Term. But several high level members of Congress have openly said they would not appoint any nominee put forward by the current President. Therefore, they are not upholding their oath of office and should be removed.
