Impeach and prosecute Harry Mason Reid, United States Senate Majority Leader, for impeding the passage of a Federal Budget, as required by our laws. He should be prosecuted for each year the budget has not been voted on and passed, due to his direct actions; just as any US citizen would be charge and prosecuted for not filing and paying income tax or following any other law of the United States of America.
