Impeach and prosecute President Barack H. Obama for Treason in commission of War on American people.

As of December 31st 2011 Barack H. Obama signed a act of war on American People also known as NDAA 2012. The part that makes it a act of war is section 1021. It says that Americans can be indefinably detailed without trial. It violates the 6th amendment of the united states constitution. and because of that is treason. Treason is defined as in us code 18 USC § 2381 - Treason . the definition is Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and in constitution in article 3 section 3 treason is defined as Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, SO I ASK YOU SIGN THIS
